Monroe County Democrats Annual Dinner and Auction is scheduled for Thursday April 4th at a NEW LOCATION - the Community Center, 230 E. Washington, Hecker, IL.

Among the speakers confirmed to date are Attorney General Lisa Madigan, Lieutenant Governor Sheila Simon and State Representative Jerry Costello II. Additional special guests may be announced soon.

TICKETS

Individual tickets are available for $25 in advance or $30 at the door. Tickets include homemade appetizers, buffet dinner, beer, wine and soda and a chance to participate in a great silent auction. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.for cocktails and appetizers and the dinner program begins at 6:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online through ActBlue or by phone at 618-281-6045.

SPONSORSHIPS

Several sponsorship options are available.

Presidential Sponsor $1000 - personalized plaque presented at the dinner, special recognition in the dinner booklet and slide show, and table for 10 with premium seating.

Gold Sponsor $500 - special recognition during the dinner program and in booklet and slide show, and table for 10 with premium seating.

Dinner Sponsor $350 - recognition in dinner booklet and slide show and table for 10.

SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS
If you or your business has items that can be used in the Silent Auction such as merchandise, gift certificates, services, or tickets to games and events please contact info@monroecountydems.com to coordinate the donation.

As a silent auction supporter, your product will be on display throughout the dinner and labeled with your name as the donor. The Silent Auction will have lists published with the items available and donors. The lists will be available to the attendees throughout the program.

DINNER BOOKLET ADVERTISING

Another way to support the dinner is by purchasing an advertisement in the dinner booklet. Provide your copy ready ad and get your name out to a large number of people who shop and support businesses that support us.
